Water Budget Guidance Document (2007)

The original 2007 version of the Water Budget Guidance assisted source protection teams in delivering the water budget components under the Clean Water Act.  It provided the primary guidance on how to complete a water budget and a subwatershed stress assessment, how to delineate significant groundwater recharge areas, and how to conduct a local area risk assessment.  This document is being made available for historical reference purposes.   Revisions and updates to this document can now be found within the 2011 version of the guidance.
