Welcome to the Climate Change Training section of WaterBudget.ca. The climate change eLearning training modules, the climate change guide, and climate change datasets have all been designed to support climate change assessments within a water budget framework. The eLearning training modules have been developed with the support of Natural Resource Canada’s Regional Adaptation Collaborative (RAC) program. The Drinking Water Source Protection RAC is comprised of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and York University.
